Biatec Watches and Invis Join Forces - PAY with your watch strap

Biatec is an independent Slovak brand built on values such as precision, honest craftsmanship, unique design, and pride in origin. Our watches are designed and assembled in Slovakia with an emphasis on every detail and the highest quality. We draw inspiration from the rich history, culture, and beauty of Slovakia – while looking ahead towards innovation. This vision is also fulfilled by our new partnership with the technology company Invis, based in Poland. Invis specializes in developing and implementing contactless payment solutions compatible with Visa and Mastercard, integrated into various wearable accessories, including watch straps.

Payment with mechanical watches? Now it’s reality.

The result of our cooperation is an exclusive genuine alligator leather strap with an integrated Invis NFC chip. This enables contactless payment directly via the strap of your Biatec mechanical watch – without any charging, mobile phone, or payment card required.

Simply place your wrist near the terminal and pay just as easily as you would with a standard payment card.

A strap that combines elegance and function

This premium strap will be offered in two versions, both made from genuine alligator leather:

It is designed to match the character of our watches, maintain aesthetics, and bring a new level of practical use in everyday life.

The strap is compatible with all Corsair, Marine, Heritage, and Majestic models and will be available separately or as an accessory with new watches (not compatible with Majestic models using the Eterna movement, or with any models from the FUSION or Magnifique collections).

The payment strap can be easily and quickly replaced without visiting a watchmaker, as it is equipped with so-called quick-release spring bars.

Security and simplicity

The Invis technology uses tokenized payments with a focus on security, and the entire system is compatible with modern payment standards. The chip is activated through a simple app, where the user sets up their payment details and profile.
