Biatec Watches does not store customers' complete payment card details where the payment is processed directly by an external payment service provider.

• Slovenská pošta (Slovak Post)
• another carrier selected for a particular shipment
Such information may include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and information necessary to deliver the shipment.
For international shipments, we may also provide necessary information to customs authorities, carriers, customs representatives or other parties involved in customs clearance where this is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to deliver the shipment.
When providing warranty services, handling claims or carrying out warranty or out-of-warranty servicing, we may process in particular:

• information about the watch
• model and serial number
• date of purchase
• warranty information
• description of the defect or service request
• service and claims history

The legal basis for such processing is primarily the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and, where appropriate, our legitimate interest in maintaining service records, protecting legal claims, preventing fraud and ensuring proper servicing of Biatec products.
For selected Biatec watches, we operate the Biatec Digital Product Passport system.
Within this system, we may record in particular:

• watch model
• serial number
• date of purchase
• warranty information
• service history
• information relating to ownership, servicing and the lifecycle of the watch
The purpose of this processing is to maintain the digital product passport, record warranty and service history, provide customer support and help protect the authenticity and service continuity of the product.
The Digital Product Passport is not a condition for obtaining the 5-Year Biatec International Warranty unless otherwise stated in the applicable warranty terms.
Personal data contained in the Digital Product Passport is processed only to the extent necessary for these purposes.
If you contact us through a website form, by e-mail, telephone or by other means, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry or handle your request.
Messages submitted through forms on our website may also be stored within the SITE123 administration system.
Depending on the nature of the communication, the legal basis may be taking steps prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in communicating with customers, prospective customers and business partners.
Our business e-mail communication is operated using services provided by Websupport.
We may send newsletters and other marketing communications to individuals who have subscribed to receive them or have otherwise demonstrably requested such communications.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may also use the contact details of existing customers to provide information about our own similar products or services.
Every recipient has the option to easily and free of charge unsubscribe from marketing e-mails, in particular by using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter or by contacting Biatec Watches.
Our newsletter service is operated through the SITE123 platform.
Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
